By submitting this registration form, you agree to the following terms:

Payment Commitment: You agree to pay for your participation in the North Bellmore - North Merrick Little League Golf Outing via the payment methods provided. Payments can be made through the Venmo link that will be emailed to you or by check. Payment is due before or at check-ins the day of the event.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than 3 days prior to the event. Cancellations made after this deadline or failure to attend the event will result in no refund.

No-Show Policy: If you do not attend the event and have not provided a cancellation notice within the specified timeframe, you will still be responsible for the full payment amount.

Liability Waiver: By registering, you acknowledge that your participation in the golf outing is at your own risk. The organizers are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur before, during, or after the event.
